These terms apply to every order placed with DEV Sketch through this website.
What you are buying
Each order is a custom digital illustration, drawn by an artist from the photo you upload, in the style and size you choose at checkout. You receive a high-resolution digital file by email. No physical item is shipped unless a print has been arranged with us separately.
Your photo
Please upload a clear photo that you own or have permission to use. We use it only to create your artwork. If a photo is too small or unclear to work from, we will contact you to ask for a better one before starting.
Turnaround
Most orders are completed in 3–5 business days, depending on the style and our current queue. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Proof and revisions
We send a proof for your approval before final delivery. Revisions requested at the proof stage are free. Requests that change the original order, such as a different style, size or photo, may need a new order.
Refunds
Because every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the artist has started work. If we are unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with the proof, contact us and we will work with you on revisions.
Use of the artwork
The finished artwork is yours to keep, print and share for personal use. Please contact us first if you want to use it commercially. We may show finished pieces in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
