This policy explains what information DEV Sketch collects when you use this website and place an order, and how it is used.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, billing details and the photo you upload. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your details to create and deliver your artwork, send you the proof and final file, answer your questions, and keep the order records we are required to keep.
Your photos
Photos you upload are used only to create your order. We delete uploaded photos within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the store, such as our web host, payment provider and email delivery service.
